Sarat Addanki holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from Osmania University of Hyderabad, India. Sarat is a highly accomplished entrepreneur who after establishing a strong presence in the tech world, decided to set his sights on finding functional solutions for the growing cancer problem. He is passionate about ensuring that cancer patients don’t have to compromise on quality of life or longevity while receiving treatment.
He is also an Ayurvedic health Educator, who practices vedic counselling. He received his training from the esteemed California College of Ayurveda. Along with the 5 sense therapy, he also practices herbal, Aroma, Marma and nutrition therapy. The motivation he gathered after losing his mother to cancer, got him involved with people suffering from cancer ( as he calls wellness seekers) and help them overcome the pain caused by this deadly disease.
Sreeni Muniswamy has over 28 years of experience with the entire software development lifecycle of large-scale financials, telecommunications and e-commerce business applications, with architectures from server-centric, client server to n-tier web-based systems using PeopleTools and J2EE technologies. Sreeni developed and implemented numerous web applications in various industries.
In his five years at PeopleSoft/Oracle, Sreeni worked as a Lead Developer in Enterprise Services Automation (ESA) development teams. At Ayurway, he brings a unique commitment of integrating his technology background with challenges of traditional medical sciences, which are in the utmost need for Technology integration.

Dr. Aditi Kulkarni has vast experience in the field of ayurvedic oncology and gastroentology. Being one of the best in ayurvedic oncology in the country, her dedication to the field of wellness has been unwavering.
A living testimony to her favorite quote, "Bloom where God plants you", Dr. Aditi describes her area of expertise as interesting, intriguing, informative, and immensely satisfying. Committed to the idea that "Ayurway is Bliss", she feels empowered and grounded here since meaningful work is being done here by a group of likeminded people committed to healthcare and wellbeing. Dr. Kulkarni's loves the film "The Pursuit of Happiness", the book "A Thoursand Splendid Suns", and has a particular fondness for Indian food.

Sunitha Tati is a Telugu film-maker/ producer, who produces her movies under Guru Films Pvt Ltd banner. She is also a breast cancer survivor and a founding member of the Support Cancer Foundation based in Hyderabad. In her own words, “The joy of being a cancer survivor is that you wake up every morning knowing what a gift life is,” she says.
Sunitha strongly believes that we can create awareness by talking about the root of the cause, by keeping ourselves open to new and ancient knowledge of this disease and primarily, the willingness to stay open to all forms of preventive methods.
Her own journey in these last many years have been in talking at multiple workshops and meeting masters of different methods of preventive care which, in her words, "has helped me understand self and my body and mostly to help me with Holistic healing and living a cancer free life."

Mr. Kadri is an MBA from Bhavans College of Mass Communications and Management in Bengaluru and has previously studied in the fields of industrial microbiology. An expert in the field of marketing and sales, he is committed to taking Ayurway to the next level and opening more centers.
A believer of the wise saying that 'customer is the king', Mr. Kadri recommends that everyone reads the wonderful book "What They Don't Teach You At Harvard" by Mark McCormack. His favorite film is the evergreen Sholay and he loves South Indian food. Ayurway, to Mr. Kadri, is Ambition, Inspiration, Education and Passion.

Mr Pavan Goud is a mechanical engineer and MBA graduate by profession, but his lifelong quest has been in making Ayurveda accessible and relevant to everyone in society.
Having been involved in one way or the other in the field as his wife is a doctor of Ayurveda, Mr Goud has found in Ayurway a channel for his longstanding passion in making integrative and alternaive medicine a reality for those who seek living life to its fullest potential.

Serena Malkani is an Organizational Psychologist and a Certified Sound Practitioner. After studying the science behind energy, music and vibrations, she discovered how sound can affect the way people approach obstacles. Serena now leads interactive meditations for executive leaders, wellness seekers, and corporate teams, offering a unique way to help people center, release stuck emotions and reduce stress and anxiety. She is also a tech enthusiast and her background includes over 10 years of serving in a variety of communications and technology marketing roles.
Shawna Jamieson has over 25 years experience as a Health and Wellness Practitioner. She is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Massage Body Therapist. Shawna is currently completing the Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist program with plans to become a Doctor through the California College of Ayurveda. She is a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Science Association, Gravity Personal Trainer and Pilates Reformat Instructor through EFI Sports Medicine.
She is an Emotion Code Practitioner, and former owner of Huna Kupua Wellness Hui and Huna Veda. Shawna is dedicated to the emerging field of Ayurveda blending the spiritual and ancient wisdom of the east with the technological and scientific understanding of the west, where Mind, Body and Spirit is engaged in harmonious health and healing through the path of Ayurway.
